About College

Dasmesh Khalsa college was founded by Khalsa college council under the patronage of S. Gurdial Singh Sandhu and S. Narinder Singh Brar in 1970 at Sri Muktsar Sahib, a city that is bestowed with the holy touch of tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh ji. Affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh, the institute comes under Punjab government’s grant-in-aid scheme. It is located at Chak Bir Sarkar road, which is the centre of the city. The college has been severing the people of the area for the last five decades and progressing leaps and bounds under the astute leadership of Khalsa college council with S. Birinder Singh Brar as President and S. Opinderpal Singh Sandhu as General Secretary. The college is sprawled over 3 acres land. The fully wi-fi campus is aesthetically divided into various blocks and departments such as graduate and post-graduate blocks, computer department, physical education department, department of human sciences. The administrative block houses Principal’s office, offices of various office bearers, establishment branch/ accounts office and a waiting room.

For the efficacious functioning and management of the whole system, close circuit cameras have been installed in the building.
